Our team’s foundation is built on rigorous academic training, including a Master of Land and Property Development and a Master of Architecture, both from Texas A&M University.

Andrew’s educational foundation includes master’s degrees in both Land Development and Architecture from Texas A&M University, equipping him with a rare blend of creative and technical proficiency. His ongoing involvement with the Texas A&M MLPD Development Industry Advisory Council showcases his dedication to industry advancement and mentorship.
Jennifer Guajardo, Developer
Jennifer holds a Master of Land and Property Development (MLPD) from Texas A&M University, equipping her with a comprehensive skill set in real estate development. Her expertise spans technical knowledge, financial analysis, and innovative design principles, enabling her to tackle complex industry challenges with precision and creativity.
Jennifer’s foundation in business is reinforced by a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a Marketing Minor from the University of the Incarnate Word.
